Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by the dealership management, all vehicle and parts transactions at High Life Auto LLC are strictly sold AS-IS with NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES.

1. AS-IS Vehicle Sales

All vehicles are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" at the time of sale. High Life Auto LLC makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations, express or implied, regarding the mechanical condition, history, roadworthiness, safety, or suitability of any vehicle for a particular purpose.

Once a vehicle leaves our lot, the transaction is considered closed and finalized. The buyer assumes all responsibility and liability for any future maintenance, repairs, or service required.

2. No Returns under any Circumstances

We do not offer a return period, "cooling-off" period, or satisfaction guarantee on any purchases. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the vehicle, the pricing, and the terms of sale before signing any purchase contract or handing over any payment.

3. No Exchanges

Purchased vehicles cannot be exchanged or traded back for other inventory, store credit, or refunds. All selections are final.

4. Pre-Purchase Inspections Recommended

To ensure total peace of mind, we strongly encourage all prospective buyers to coordinate an independent, pre-purchase inspection (PPI) with a third-party mechanic of their choice prior to completing the sale. We will happily accommodate scheduling to allow inspectors access to the vehicle on our premises.
